Location:
Peace River Cabins and Outdoors is located approximately 32 km from the town of Peace River Alberta on the banks of the Peace River. Peace River is 201 km northeast of Grande Prairie Alberta and 488 km northwest of Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA.

How to Get to Peace River:
Driving: You can drive to Peace River from Edmonton, Alberta which is approx. 488 km and will take about 5 hours. Take the Trans-Canada Hwy 16 West of Edmonton for approx. 47 km west of the city limits. Then merge north onto Highway 43 North. This is a divided highway to Valleyview. At Valleyview turn right on Highway 49 and follow the highway to Peace River.
Fly major Airlines: there is regular service from many cities in Canada to Grande Prairie with Westjet or Air Canada. After you land in Grande Prairie you will need to drive approximately 21/2 hrs to Peace River. Take Highway 2 North of Grande Prairie.
Fly Short haul or charter: to fly directly to Peace River, the airline to use is Northern Air Charter, http://flynorthernair.com/ which has scheduled service on weekdays only from Edmonton or Calgary.
DIRECTIONS from Peace River:
1. Head west on 100 Ave toward AB-744 N 52 m
2. Take the 1st right onto 100 St/AB-744 N 400 m
3. At the roundabout, continue straight onto AB-744 N 290 m
4. Slight right to merge onto AB-2 W toward Grimshaw W 1.9 km
5. Take the AB-684 S exit toward Shaftesbury Trail 450 m
6. Turn left onto AB-684 S (signs for Shaftesbury Trail/Correctional Centre) 20.3 km
7. Continue onto AB-740 W 5.1 km
8. Continue onto Township Road 821A 1.7 km
9. Continue onto Township Road 820A to 240053 Twp. Rd. Hwy. 820A 2.2 km
DIRECTIONS from Grande Prairie:
1. Go north on 100th St. onto Highway 2 north
2. Continue on Highway 2 through Sexsmith, Rycroft, and Fairview to the Berwyn turnoff, approx 161 km.
3. Continue on Highway 2, 4.9 km east past the Berwyn turnoff, to the Range Rd 242 South turnoff. Previous to this turnoff, you will pass a Range Rd 242 turnoff to the North (left) DO NOT TAKE THIS ROAD
4. Turn right (South) onto Range Rd 242
5. Follow Range Rd 242 10.5 km to PRCO (240053 Twp. Rd. Hwy. 820A), on right.
