Option 1: GROUP RENTALS Voyageur Building Only

Outdoor features: Scenic river front site, Fire Pit, Deck with tables and chairs, Picnic Tables, Large Barbeque, Gazebo with Adirondack Chairs, beautiful venues for photography
Indoor Features: Full Kitchen and bar, shower and washroom, audio visual setup, chairs and tables to seat 30 guests
There is a cell phone signal at the building but no Wi-Fi
Catering: Meal self catering is allowed or outside caterer can be brought in. Ask about us providing catering
Liquor service:We provide bar service maximum 5 hrs. per day @ $18 per hour plus liquor. Liquor includes your choices of 2 beer brands, 2 wine brands and 1 mixed drink
Self catering liquor: If you wish to provide and serve your own liquor, we require
- Minimum 3 weeks notice for temporary cancellation of our liquor permit
- Proof of liquor permit for your event
- additional charge of $200 per event
Minimum age for group bookings: 21 years
Max. 30 guests indoors, liscenced for 49 including outdoor deck
Daily rate: $195 per day plus $100 damage/cleaning deposit

JB Early, St. Germain, and Jackson cabins, plus Teepee.Cabins do not have cell service or Wi-Fi. No bedding provided in teepee. See below for occupancy parameters
Accomodations must be booked and managed by one party, however names/contact info of all occupants must be provided.
All guests must comply with cabin policies
All accomodation must have at least one adult in each unit
Camping space for up to 10 RV's/tents, see optional add-ons below
NO PETS ALLOWED for group bookings
Daily rate $910 per day, plus GST
minimum 2 night stays (low Season May/June and Sept/Oct)
minimum 3 night stays July and August

Catering: custom catering options available, please contact
Campers: $40 per night for RV's, $20 per night for tents, includes power for up to 6 campers
House suite extra accommodation (see photos below): $150 per night plus GST
Wood fired hot tub: $150 for the first day and $50 for each additional day plus GST, firewood included
