BOOKINGS, PAYMENT and CANCELLATIONS:

• Rate for additional person over 'priced occupancy' per night is $ 15.00
• Weekend rates apply to: May 'Victoria Day', July 'Canada Day', Aug 'Heritage Day', Sept. 'Labor Day'
• Bookings are only confirmed with reciept of full payment, or minimum deposit of 50% of invoice. MasterCard, Visa or E-transfer.

  ACCOMMODATION POLICIES:

• Guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age to book any services
• No Pets
• No smoking please in any buildings on site
• Firewood is available at the office for $5.00 per bundle.
• Check-in: after 3:00 pm
• Check-out: before 12:00 pm (noon)
• Quiet time 10:30 pm to 7:30 am
• Violation of quiet times and smoking policy may result in $250 additional charge
• Unauthorized additional people or pets discovered on the premises will result in charging of applicable fees at twice the normal rate

• Approx. 430 sq. ft 

• Jet and outboard boat launching available at the Shaftesbury ferry site, approx. 4 km away

• 3 piece bathroom with tub and shower  
• Private bedroom with queen bed
